[origin: WO2017087999A1] The invention relates to a device (6, 19, 28, 40) which comprises an earphone (8) and is provided to be attached to the tragus (2) of the outer ear (1) of a person, wherein two levers (9, 10; 20, 21; 29, 30; 43, 42) held to one another in a pivotal manner from opposite sides, driven by an elastically preloaded part (14, 24, 27, 31, 44), press onto the tragus (2). The levers (9, 10; 20, 21; 43, 42) both have two arms, wherein the pivot axis (12, 25, 26, 41) is at a distance from the ends of the two levers in the longitudinal direction of the lever and lies outside the normal projection towards the surface of the tragus (2) when the device (6, 19, 40) is attached as intended to the tragus (2), and/or the elastically preloaded part (14, 27, 31, 44) is a pre-curved bending spring which is pre-curved by more than 360°.
