[origin: WO2017089684A1] The invention relates to a method, implemented by a terminal, for controlling the establishment of a vehicle accident report, from a telematic computer of the vehicle, characterised in that it includes steps of: subscribing (201), with the telematic computer of the vehicle, to a data-publication service, for at least one data item representing a parameter of the vehicle; repeatedly receiving (202) values for the data item representing a parameter of the vehicle; determining (203), from the received values, whether the vehicle has suffered an accident; if the vehicle has suffered an accident, transmitting (204) to the telematic computer an accident report request; receiving (205) an accident report signed and encrypted by the telematic computer; sending (206) the signed and encrypted accident report to a remote server.
