Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a machine for cutting a moving elongated web of paper or nonwoven fabric, the machine comprising a plurality of movable first cutting members (101), each arranged for cutting the web along the direction of movement (WM) of the web, each first cutting member (101) being movable along a first guiding arrangement (111) extending transversely to the web movement direction and in parallel to a lateral extension (LE) of the web, characterized in that each of at least a plurality of the first cutting members (101) comprises a motor (105) arranged to drive the respective first cutting member (101) along the first guiding arrangement (111).
