[origin: WO2016051120A2] The invention relates to a unit (200) for connecting a structural element (100) of an offshore platform to a reception structure of said unit, the latter comprising a means (201) for connecting to the reception structure, known as first connecting means, and at least one means (202) for connecting to the platform leg (100), known as second connecting means, and also a longitudinal axis (AL), characterized in that said at least one second connecting means (202) is incorporated at one end (E) of said unit (200) and is able to move with a movement comprising at least one radial component between a retracted position for positioning said unit inside the leg and a deployed position for providing the connection between the connecting unit and the leg, this radial component being defined in a plane perpendicular to said longitudinal axis.
