[origin: WO2017102617A1] The invention relates to a lift-and-slide element comprising a running rail (21), which defines a running track (25), and a panel which can be moved on the running track (25) by means of a running roller arrangement (19a, 19b). The panel is adjustable between a lowered fixing position and a raised moving position. The running track (25) has at least one depression (39), into which one running roller (19a) of the running roller arrangement (19a, 19b) can be moved, lowering the panel into the lowered fixing position.
