[origin: WO2017097953A1] The present invention generally relates to a method for increasing the color of a dyed textile material comprising the steps of: a) pretreating the textile material with at least one nitrate salt and an acid catalyst, b) drying the pretreated fabric in a dryer at temperatures less than 60 °C, c) applying a leaser beam to the fabric to promote the chemical reaction to generate NOx compounds which attach the dye, and d) creating a color value change.
