Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2017106835A1] The present invention relates to an integrated data converter, in particular analog to digital converters (ADC) and digital to analog converters (DAC), using a charge-based approach. Complimentary pairs of current field effect transistors are used to form amplifiers for forming scalable ADCs and DACs are disclosed, including successive approximation data converters (ADCs and DACs), and pipe-lined data converters (ADCs and DACs).
