Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2017112830A1] Presented herein are novel methods of treating cancer, which methods result in the expression of peptide epitopes on a cancer. The peptide epitopes are selected to initiate a recall immune response in a subject (e.g., a pre-existing immune response that may have been induced by a vaccination), which immune response is directed toward the cancer. In certain embodiments, the methods herein are used in combination with existing cancer therapies.
