The invention is characterised in that at least one free end (51) of the profiled element (5) is arranged on the sealing arrangement (3) and at least one additional free end (52) of the profiled element (5) is connected to the base (8) by means of at least one movement arrangement (4) that at least partially projects into the sealing arrangement (3), said movement arrangement comprising two movement sections (40, 41) that are arranged approximately opposite one another.
