[origin: WO2017109350A1] The invention relates to a heat exchanger, notably for motor vehicle, comprising: – a heat exchange core bundle (3) with a plurality of heat exchange tubes (5), and – at least one fluid header tank (19). According to the invention, the heat exchange core bundle (3) comprises an alternating stack of a plurality of first frames (13) and of inserts (15), such that: – each first frame (13) accepts at least a first and a second heat-exchange tube (5), and comprises:.first means (131) of placing the first heat exchange tube (5) in fluidic communication with the fluid header tank (19) and .second means (131) of placing the second heat exchange tube (5) in fluidic communication with the fluid header tank (19), and – the inserts (15) also respectively have at least one turning-back orifice (155) arranged in fluidic communication with both a first and a second means (131) of placing at least a first frame (13) in fluidic communication with respect to the insert (155).
