[origin: WO2017121937A1] The invention relates to a device (4) for transmitting rotational movement and filtering vibrations, this device comprising a first rotary element (6) and a second rotary element (37) coupled to the first rotary element, the coupling being achieved by means of primary damping elements (33) defining a first filtering stage able to filter vibrations, in which the coupling is also performed by secondary damping elements (36) defining a second filtering stage. The coupling is arranged in such a way that rotation of the first rotary element causes rotation of the primary damping elements which drive the rotation of the secondary damping elements which in turn drive the rotation of the second rotary element, and in that the static stiffness of the first filtering stage is lower than the static stiffness of the second filtering stage by at least ten percent.
