[origin: WO2017130150A1] The invention relates to a support (1) for physical exercise comprising a first supporting surface (12, 112) and at least a second supporting surface (22, 122), each adapted to accommodate at least one person and optionally at least one piece of sporting equipment, said supporting surfaces ( 12, 22, 112, 122) being tiltable, by rotation about at least one axis (X1, X2), between a respective position of balance and respective positions of imbalance, characterized in that the supporting surfaces ( 12, 22, 112, 122) are mutually interconnected so that the rotation of one supporting surface influences the rotation of the other supporting surface, and vice versa.
