[origin: WO2017130095A1] A toilet flush (1) for sanitary bowls is described that comprises a tank (2) and a rotatable reservoir (5) inside the tank (2) that can assume at least one filling position, in which it is filled with flushing liquid, and at least one discharge position, in which the flushing liquid is poured into the tank (2) and then discharged through a bottom outlet (4); the toilet flush comprises support means (7) arranged to cover at least partly said tank in a removable manner, in which said support means comprises inferiorly, on two opposite sides, two supporting portions (8) that rotatably support two reservoir portions (9) arranged on two opposite sides of the reservoir (5).
