Abstract (en)

Provided is a powder treatment apparatus including: a cylindrical base body; outer electrodes and inner electrodes that are arranged radially outside and radially inside of the cylindrical base body to be opposed to each other while being displaced from each other in the circumferential direction, and arranged at intervals from each other in the circumferential direction while extending along the axial direction; one or a plurality of high frequency power sources that apply a high frequency voltage between the outer electrodes and the inner electrodes adjacent to each other; a powder transferring unit that introduces the powder along with a carrier gas toward the radially inside of the cylindrical base body from one end side to the other end side in the axial direction along an inner wall of the cylindrical base body; and a collecting unit that collects treated powder that is introduced from the powder transferring unit and subjected to surface treatment.
