Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2017182244A1] The invention relates to an assembly (1) for the overvoltage protection of an electric system (2) which is insulated with an insulating fluid (5), having a resistor column (3) with resistive elements (19), which are arranged in a housing (4) that is designed to be filled with an electrically insulating protective gas (6), and a feedthrough (7) for connecting the electric system (2) to the resistor column (3). The invention is characterized in that the housing (4) is equipped with a contact device (8, 9, 10, 11) which can be mechanically driven from outside of the housing for closing and/or separating an electric connection between the resistor column (8) and the feedthrough (7).
