[origin: WO2017146575A2] The present invention relates to a load handling system, comprising: a fixedly disposed dock load guide; a mobile load guide arranged substantially in a transport area of a transport vehicle and comprising: at least one vehicle conveyor arranged in a longitudinal direction of the transport vehicle and configured to displace a load, particularly a rolling container, in the transport area in a longitudinal direction of the transport vehicle; and a loading-unloading device for carrying the load into and out of the transport area of the transport vehicle, wherein the loading-unloading device is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the transport vehicle between a first position of a transport state, in which the loading-unloading device is situated substantially inside the transport area of the transport vehicle, and at least one further position of a loading and unloading state, in which the loading-unloading device extends at least temporarily from the transport vehicle at least out of the transport area of the transport vehicle. The invention further relates to a mobile load guide, a loading-unloading device, a transverse displacement device and a transport vehicle, and diverse methods for taking a load handling system according to the invention into use.
