[origin: WO2019002617A1] The invention relates to a decorative item comprising a support (101) and a decorative element (200) fixed reversibly to the body. • The support comprises: o at least one cylindrical fixing surface provided with a groove (105); o at least one through-orifice (103) comprising a circumferential shoulder (106); • the decorative element (200) comprises at least one fixing portion provided with a slot (205) configured to face the groove (105) of the support, so as to create a fixing space; • at least one elastically deformable spring (300) is intended to be arranged in the fixing space between the groove (105) and the slot (205), so that it axially holds the decorative element (200) above the through-orifice (103) of the support (101) so long as a threshold axial force, perpendicular to the groove, is not applied to the decorative element with respect to the support, and in which the decorative element comprises: o a rigid token (201) equipped with the fixing portion; o a decorative packer (210) intended to be held between the rigid token (201) and the shoulder (106).
