Abstract (en)

[origin: EP3421443A1] A light absorbing member includes a ceramic composite 5 having a plurality of first ceramic particles 3 exhibiting positive resistance temperature characteristics in a first ceramics 1 having an open porosity of 5% or lower. The first ceramic particles 3 are a perovskite type composite oxide represented as ABO 3 . The first ceramic particles 3 include La as an element of an A site of the ABO 3 and include Mn as an element of a B site of the ABO 3 . In addition, the first ceramic particles 3 include another element having a different valence from the valences of La and Mn.
