[origin: WO2017153042A1] Disclosed is a feeding arrangement for introducing recirculated exhaust gas into the fresh air duct (1) of an internal combustion engine. The invention is characterized in that a quick-closing gate (4) is placed in the fresh air duct (1) upstream of the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine in order to block the fresh air supply, and in that the outlet port (2) of the exhaust gas recirculation system (3) is located centrally in the fresh air duct (1) and in the direction of flow of the fresh air in such a way that a minimal gap is formed upstream of the quick-closing gate (4).
