[origin: WO2017153129A1] The intention is to provide an LED luminaire having uniform illumination. What is proposed for this purpose is a luminaire having a luminaire rear wall (2) for mounting on a wall or ceiling, a printed circuit board (6), which is populated with a plurality of light-emitting diodes (13) and which has a connection cable (9), as illuminant, and a connecting terminal (10), which is connected to the connection cable (9) and onto which a supply cable (8) can be clamped. In addition, the luminaire has a spacer (11), which is fixedly mounted on the luminaire rear wall (2) and on which the printed circuit board (6) is releasably secured with the formation of a free space (7) between the printed circuit board (6) and the luminaire rear wall (2). The connection cable (9) is arranged entirely or for the most part alongside the connecting terminal (10) in the free space (7).
