Abstract (en)
A grease comprising: (a) greater than 60wt% of a base oil; (b) from 1 to 19wt% of a metal soap; and (c) from 1 to 19wt% of a dispersing polymer, wherein the weight percentages are based upon the weight of the grease. The incorporation of a dispersing polymer enables the skilled person to incorporate less metal soap yet still provide a grease with desirable properties.
