Beschattungsvorrichtung zur Beschattung von mindestens zwei in einem Winkel zueinander angeordneten Fenstern 20a, 20b, mit einer ersten Gruppe 12a von parallel zueinander verlaufenen Beschattungslamellen 14a, einer zweiten Beschattungsgruppe 12b von parallel zueinander verlaufenden Beschattungslamellen 14b, die in einem Winkel zu der ersten Gruppe 12a der Beschattungslamellen 14a verlaufen, einer Einstellvorrichtung 16a, 16b zum Verschwenken der Beschattungslamellen 14a, 14b der ersten Gruppe 12a und der zweiten Gruppe 12b um ihre jeweilige Gelenksachse, dadurch kennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Beschattungslamelle 14a der ersten Gruppe 12a einen ersten Ring 18a aufweist, mindestens einer Beschattungslamelle 14b der zweiten Gruppe 12b, einen zweiten Ring 18b ausweist, der mit dem ersten Ring 18a in Eingriff ist und so die beiden Beschattungslamellen 14a, 14b der ersten und zweiten Gruppe 12a, 12b gelenkig miteinander verbindet.
