[origin: US2017273423A1] An attachment for a hair care appliance includes a body having a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet, a fluid flow path extending between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet, a first vane and a second vane for directing fluid within the fluid flow path towards the fluid outlet wherein the body comprises at least two extended plates and the fluid outlet comprises a slot defined by an overlap between the at least two extended plates wherein the first vane and the second vane are curved and positioned within the overlap between the at least two extended plates wherein the first vane and the second vanes curve in opposite directions. The fluid inlet may have a first cross sectional area, the body includes an outer wall that has a second cross sectional area, and wherein the second cross sectional area is greater than the first cross sectional area.
