Abstract (en)

The present disclosure provides a patch preparation having features that prevent misuse. The present disclosure provides a patch preparation comprising a support and a plaster, wherein the plaster comprises a solvent with a vapor pressure of 1 kPa or more at 20°C and the amount of the solvent is 2% to 35% by weight of the plaster. The adhesibility of the patch preparation is eliminated when the plaster is exposed to air until a certain amount of the solvent is evaporated or when the solvent is evaporated through a solvent-permeable support during the application of the patch preparation to the skin. The features can produce the prevention of the reapplication of the patch preparation to the skin to prevent the misuse of the patch preparation. A method of preparing the patch preparation is also disclosed.
