Eine Vorrichtung zum Fördern von zumindest überwiegend aus Feststoffpartikeln bestehendem Material, insbesondere Pulvermaterial, beispielsweise Trockenmörtel, umfasst ein Fördergefäß (3), das mit einer Einlassöffnung an eine Auslassöffnung eines Vorratsbehälters, zum Beispiel eines Silos (1), ankoppelbar oder angekoppelt ist. Das Fördergefäß (3) weist einen Fördergefäßauslass (17) auf, an den eine Förderleitung (5), insbesondere eine Schlauchleitung, anschließbar oder angeschlossen ist. Das Fördergefäß (3) ist mit Förderluft zum Transportieren des zu fördernden Materials in Richtung des Fördergefäßauslasses (17) beaufschlagbar oder beaufschlagt. Gemäß der Erfindung ist innerhalb des Fördergefäßes (3) ein Schneckenförderer (35) zum Transport und Dosierung von Material angeordnet, dessen Transportstrecke zu einem auslassseitigen Innenbereich (15) des Fördergefäßes (3) führt. Ein Innenraum-Lufteinlass (13) ist zum Eintrag von Förderluft zumindest in den auslassseitigen Innenbereich derart angeordnet, dass die eingetragene Förderluft im Wesentlichen auf den Fördergefäßauslass (17) gerichtet ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zum Fördern von derartigem, zumindest überwiegend aus Feststoffpartikeln bestehendem Material.
