[origin: EP3437702A1] A cross country ski (1) is equipped with a recess (8) in which a supporting member (9) equipped with means preventing backwards sliding (17) is mounted and retained by magnetic force. Extraction means (16) to extract the supporting member (9) from the recess (8) consists of a case (12) arranged inside the ski (1) connecting its upper side with the recess (8), and also of a pressure member (13) which is mounted in the case (12) in a movable manner and in its lower extreme position reaches as far as the recess (8) and presses the supporting member (9) out of it. The supporting member (9) is equipped with ferromagnetic segments (11) mounted inside the supporting member (9) and its both sides can be used for skiing by various styles. It is possible to combine on the supporting element (9) a smooth side with applied wax or klister, and a side equipped with the means preventing backwards sliding (17), and easily flip the pre-prepared supporting elements (9) upside down during skiing.
