Abstract (en)

[origin: EP3441144A1] A grinding separator includes a separation cover and a separation impeller. A spiral separator is disposed in the separation cover and has an end connected with the separation impeller and an end matched with a through hole in the separation cover. In work, a separation rotating shaft rotates at a high speed, materials enter a spiral groove via channels between blades under the effect of the separation impeller, are distributed, under the effect of a centrifugal force generated by the spiral separator, with the mass gradually decreased from the bottom to the end of the spiral groove, and are pushed to move towards a discharging channel from the spiral groove, and when transferred to an outlet of a separation channel under the effect of spiral groove, the materials are separated and discharged. As separated materials are screened out to enter the separation cover, the situation that large materials and small materials are gathered at a separation port at the same time is avoided, and thus, the material discharging efficiency and speed are improved, and the grinding efficiency is improved.
