[origin: EP3441355A1] A foam on beer (FOB) detector 300 is disclosed with a double walled chamber 310 to keep the FOB detector and any fluid inside it at a low temperature, i.e. by inhibiting the fluid inside the FOB detector from absorbing heat from its surroundings. An embodiment relates to active cooling of the internal chamber of the FOB detector by providing a cooling flow channel 350 within the chamber to directly cool the fluid inside the FOB detector.
