Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tür (3, 4) für ein Haushaltskältegerät (1), mit einem plattenartigen Grundkörper (5, 9), und mit einer zum Grundkörper (5, 9) separaten Abdeckplatte (6, 10), die an dem Grundkörper (5, 9) zerstörungsfrei lösbar angeordnet ist und welche frontseitig eine Außenseite (8, 14) des Grundkörpers (5, 9) bereichsweise abdeckt, wobei an einer Innenseite (32) einer Frontplatte (7, 11) der Abdeckplatte (6, 10) ein separates, flächiges und zusammendrückbares Füllelement (35) angeordnet ist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Haushaltskältegerät (1).
