[origin: WO2017178972A1] A line for the production of sanitary articles comprises a support frame (2), at least one molding group (4) slidably associated with the support frame (2) along a first direction (3), wherein the molding group (4) comprises at least two lateral molds (6, 7) and a lower central mold (8) adapted to selectively delimit one molding cavity (5) of at least one sanitary article (S), members (9) for moving the two lateral molds (6, 7) and the lower central mold (8) in a mutual abutment or moving away along the first direction (3) and further members (11) for moving the lower central mold (8) outside the molding cavity (5) in order to facilitate the access, from the side and/or from above, to a sanitary article (S) formed and supported on the lower central mold (8).
