[origin: CA3020366A1] The invention relates to a device for pressing out a material from a deformable tube (24), comprising the following: a housing (1) having a base end (2); an upper section (3) opposite the base end (2); and lateral wall sections (4) between the base end (2) and the upper section (3); a squeezer (10) that can be introduced into the housing (1), wherein the squeezer (10) has a carrier element (11) and two opposing jaws (12) for gripping and squeezing out a material from the tube (24), wherein the housing (1) has an opening (5) in the upper section (3) through which an outlet of the tube (24) can be guided, and same has openings (8) in opposing parts of the lateral wall sections (4) via which the jaws (12) can be actuated, wherein the jaws (12) are secured to the carrier element (11) at one end and the squeezer (10) also has a manual lever element (15) on at least one jaw (12), wherein the lever element (15) is connected to the jaw (12) in a connection region (22) to form an assembly, in which a pressure manually applied to the lever element (15) brings about a force on the jaw (12) in the direction of the other jaw (12), wherein the lever element (15) has a body (16) with reinforcing ribs (17), wherein the reinforcing ribs (17) are surrounded at least partially by a closed outer skin (18), wherein a region of the outer skin (18) forms a gripping region (19).
