[origin: WO2017182208A1] The invention relates to an in vitro full-skin model comprising, on a substrate layer, a dermis equivalent, an epidermis equivalent, and 1 to 100 three-dimensional sweat gland equivalents, each of which has 500 to 500,000 sweat gland cells and a diameter of 100 to 6,000 μm. The invention further relates to the production of the full-skin model and the use of said model as an in vitro model, in screening processes and for in vitro assessment of the effect of cosmetic substances on the inhibition of secretion of sweat and on body odor.
