Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2017182394A1] The invention relates to a housing (1) for an acoustic appliance worn in the ear. The housing (1) has two housing shells (2), which can be connected to each other along a housing connection line (3). The housing connection line (3) extends at most sectionally in one plane. The housing connection line (3) is predefined such that the housing shells (2) are designed without undercuts. An outer shape (4) of the housing (1) is adapted to the shape of a human ear in such a way that the housing (1) bears with a shape fit on an inner aspect of a tragus and on an inner aspect of an antihelix of a human auricle, when the housing (1) is arranged correctly in the auricle.
