Abstract (en)

Plate (410) for a heat exchanger between a first medium and a second medium, the plate comprising a first heat transfer surface (414) on a first side (413) of the plate, arranged to be in contact with the first medium; a second heat transfer surface (416) on a second side (415) of the plate, arranged to be in contact with the second medium; a plurality of indentations (420,430,440) in the plate, formed by the material of the plate bulging out locally in a plate height direction (H), of which a plurality are bridge-shaped indentations (430) comprising two respective through-holes (432a,432b) in the plate, as well as a respective bridge part (434) forming a passage between the said through-holes, and wherein the passage is substantially parallel to a general flow direction (D) of the second medium. The invention is characterised in that the bridge-shaped indentations comprise a reinforcement ridge-shaped indentation running between at least two of the bridge-shaped indentations, connecting the said at least two bridge-shaped indentations with each other.
