Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2017194169A1] The invention relates to a valve pistol (10, 120, 140) for a high-pressure cleaning device, comprising: a pistol housing (12), which has a handle (28); a valve (38), which is arranged in the pistol housing (12) in the flow path between a liquid inlet (48, 142) and a liquid outlet (22, 154) and which has a closing body (60), which lies against a valve seat (58) in a liquid-tight manner in a closed position and which can be moved into an open position by the displacement of a valve tappet (68); and a manually movable actuation element (70) for displacing the valve tappet (68), wherein the liquid outlet (22, 154) is arranged on a front side (20) of the pistol housing (12) and the actuation element (70) has an actuation surface (82, 166), which is arranged on a back side (84) of the handle (28) facing away from the liquid outlet (22, 154). In order to develop the valve pistol (10, 120, 140) in such a way that the valve pistol has a more simple design, the actuation element (70) according to the invention has a force application element (74, 128, 160) that can be applied to the valve tappet (68).
