[origin: WO2017198966A1] The invention relates to a system (1) for fastening a device, notably of the listening and communicating device type, to a helmet of the type having, on either side of the helmet, a first strap extending in front of the ear of the user and a second strap extending in front of the ear of the user; said fastening system comprising: - a first part (11) that is able to receive all or some of the first strap and all or some of the second strap; and - a second part (12) that is movable with respect to the first part; wherein - the first part (11) comprises at least one chamber (111) that is able to accommodate the device, notably the listening or communicating device; and - the first part (11) is connected to the second part (12) by a thread (112, 121) such that the second part (12) can be moved reversibly with respect to the first part by screwing (11) from a first position, in which the second part (12) allows all or some of the first strap and all or some of the second strap to move into the first part (11), to a second position, in which the second part (12) retains all or some of the first strap and all or some of the second strap by clamping between the first part (11) and the second part (12).
