[origin: WO2017198711A1] The invention relates to a container with a container body (2) which forms a receiving area (4) for a substance and which has a container opening (5). A sealing element (6) is provided which closes the container opening. The container comprises a dispensing device for the substance, said dispensing device having a dispensing opening. The container is characterized in that the dispensing device comprises a holding element (9) and a sliding element (10). The holding element is arranged on the container body using connection means, and the sliding body can be moved from a base position into an activated position. The sliding body has an insert (13) which is arranged outside of the container opening in the base position and which protrudes at least partly into the container opening in the activated position. The dispensing opening is arranged in the sliding body. The invention additionally relates to a method for removing a substance from the container.
