The ceramic heat shield (155) has a ceramic body (11) containing aluminium oxide and according to the invention has a surface layer (12) of the ceramic body (11) which contains yttrium aluminium garnet as reaction coating material. The invention further relates to a gas turbine (100) comprising such a ceramic heat shield (155) and to a method for producing such a ceramic heat shield (155).
