[origin: WO2017207887A1] The invention concerns a hand paddle for swimming that has an upper wall (1) to which the distal portion of a user's arm is intended to be attached and a lower propulsion blade, said hand paddle being equipped with a device for holding the hand paddle on said distal portion, comprising an aperture (8) formed through same and a member (5) mounted movable in said aperture along an axis, said member having an interface (6) that is arranged on top of the wall (1), said interface being arranged to receive at least one finger of said user and comprising means arranged to hold same against said interface, said member being equipped with an element elastically constraining the movement of same in a position holding said at least one finger between the means and the wall (1), the element being arranged between the blade and the member (5) and being reversibly compressible between an extended state, in which said member is arranged in a low position holding said at least one finger, and a compressed state in which said member is arranged in a high position placing said at least one finger on the interface (6).
