[origin: WO2017202511A1] The invention relates to a multi-layer flexible hose, in particular a multi-layer flexible brake hose. In order to guarantee a uniform volume increase over the entire pressure range from 0 to 200 bar and over the entire temperature range from -40°C to 160°C, the hose has the following layer structure: a single-ply or multi-ply outer layer based on at least one elastomer; a first single-ply or multi-ply textile reinforcing layer made of poly(vinyl alcohol) and/or rayon; a second single-ply or multi-ply textile reinforcing layer made of aramid; and a single-ply or multi-ply inner layer based on at least one elastomer.
