[origin: GB2550968A] The application provides a roofing assembly 300. The roofing assembly 300 comprises: a support frame 310, (320 3b); a window panel 350 supported on the support frame; a roof covering 319, (364 3b) having an inner surface facing the support frame 310, (320 3b) and extending over the support frame 310, (320 3b) to a boundary of the window panel 350. The assembly also comprises a sealing adaptor 360 having a sealing portion (430 figure 4) with a sealing surface (432 figure 4) for forming a seal against the window panel 350. The adaptor 360 also comprises a retaining portion (410 figure 4) defining a retaining recess (420 figure 4) formed to retain an end of the roof covering 319, (364 3b) therein. The retaining portion (410 figure 4) comprises a lip region (422 figure 4) for contacting the inner surface of the roof covering 319, (364 figure 3b) when the end of the roof covering 319, (364 figure 3b) is received in the retaining recess (420 figure 4). The retaining recess (420 figure 4) is provided between the lip region (422 figure 4) and the sealing surface (432 figure 4).
