[origin: WO2017211647A1] The invention relates to a method and to an apparatus for projecting a pattern of light (70). The apparatus (10) is designed having: a laser device (12), by means of which a number of different-colored laser beams (51, 52, 53) can be generated and introduced into a photonic crystal fiber (1) of the apparatus (10), by which means a combined and collimated light beam (54) can be generated in the photonic crystal fiber (1); and a selection device (14), by means of which the combined light beam (54) for projecting the pattern of light (70) can be led selectively onto a diffuser screen (6) of the apparatus (10).
