According to the invention, multiple pairs of contacting elements (3) are in each case surrounded by, and connected in electrically conductive fashion to, an electrically conductive conductor loop (7) arranged in the circuit board (1). The invention also relates to a battery (8) having at least one circuit board (1) according to the invention and having a cell arrangement (12), wherein the cell arrangement (12) has multiple battery cells (13) which are connected to one another in electrically conductive fashion in an electrical series and parallel circuit, wherein the cell arrangement (12) has multiple battery rows (14) with battery cells (13) connected electrically in series, and wherein in each case one circuit board (1) is arranged between two battery rows (14).
