The steam distribution loop (16) comprises an inlet (18) aimed to be connected toa steam pipe (7). The processing face (12) comprises at least one steam output hole (13) and aims to be opposite to the clothes to be smoothened. The steam distribution loop (16) comprises an internalchamber (21), which includes a first dispersion chamber (23) and a second dispersion chamber (25). The first dispersion chamber (23) is disposed between the front wall (10) and an isolation wall (24)which extends internally in the internal chamber (21). The second dispersion chamber (25) is communicated with the first dispersion chamber (23), and is partially defined by the isolation wall (24).The internal chamber (21) comprises a steam discharging pipe (29), which traverses through the first dispersion chamber (23) and protrudes from the internal face (11) of the front wall (10), and the steam discharging pipe (29) leads to the second dispersion chamber (25).

La tête de défroissage (6) comporte comportant un circuit de distribution de vapeur (16) comportant un orifice d'entrée (18) destiné à être connecté à un conduit de vapeur (7) ; et une paroi frontale (10) munie d'une face de traitement (12) comprenant au moins un trou de sortie de vapeur (13) et destinée à venir en regard d'un vêtement à défroisser. Le circuit de distribution de vapeur (16) comporte une chambre interne (21) comprenant une première chambre de diffusion (23) ménagée entre la paroi frontale (10) et une paroi de séparation (24) s'étendant à l'intérieur de la chambre interne (21), et une deuxième chambre de diffusion (25) communiquant avec la première chambre de diffusion (23) et délimitée en partie par la paroi de séparation (24). La chambre interne (21) comporte des canaux d'expulsion de vapeur (29) traversant la première chambre de diffusion (23) et faisant saillie de la face interne (11) de la paroi frontale (10), les canaux d'expulsion de vapeur (29) débouchant dans la deuxième chambre de diffusion (25).
