The inlet pipe (17) is providedwith an outlet (19), and the outlet (19) and the front wall (10) are communicated to an internal chamber (21) in a tangent manner, so that steam leaving the outlet (19) flows along the front wall (10). The internal chamber (21) comprises a steam discharging pipe (29), which extends transverse to the front wall (10) and is communicated with at least one steam output hole (13), so that the steam inthe internal chamber (21) travels through the steam discharging pipe (29) and flows through at least one steam output hole (13).
