[origin: US2019106836A1] A smoothing head includes a steam distribution circuit containing an inlet duct including an inlet opening connected to a steam pipe; and a front wall equipped with a treatment face including at least one steam outlet hole and intended to face a garment to be smoothed. The inlet duct includes an outlet opening leading to an inner chamber belonging to the steam distribution circuit, the inner chamber including a condensate evacuation opening communicating with a condensate return circuit leading to the steam pipe or to the inlet duct.

La tête de défroissage (6) comporte un circuit de distribution de vapeur (16) comportant un canal d'admission (17) comprenant un orifice d'entrée (18) destiné à être connecté à un conduit de vapeur (7) ; et une paroi frontale (10) munie d'une face de traitement (12) comprenant au moins un trou de sortie de vapeur (13) et destinée à venir en regard d'un vêtement à défroisser. Le canal d'admission (17) comporte un orifice de sortie (19) débouchant dans une chambre interne (21) appartenant au circuit de distribution de vapeur (16), la chambre interne (21) comprenant un orifice d'évacuation de condensat (33) communiquant avec un circuit de retour de condensat (34) débouchant dans le conduit de vapeur (7) ou dans le canal d'admission (17).
