On at least one of the frames (6, 7), the at least one braking rail (14) is arranged so as to be fixed in the direction of the horizontal displacement travel of the scissors leg(s) (4, 5) and so as to be movable horizontally perpendicular to the displacement travel of the scissors leg(s) (4, 5). The at least one catch brake (16) is fixedly arranged on the horizontally displaceable guided end of the scissors leg(s) (4, 5).
