Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2017220300A1] A first aspect of the invention proposes a method for protecting a fully automatic movement of a vehicle (11), which method comprises the following steps of: determining a monitoring readiness of a person (14), who is outside the vehicle (11) and monitors the fully automatic movement of the vehicle (11), and/or the status of a communication connection (20) between the vehicle (11) and a remote control apparatus (16) by evaluating a signal which changes over time. This signal is caused by a biological function of the person (14) monitoring the fully automatic movement of the vehicle (11). The signal is captured by at least one sensor (15) arranged on a remote control apparatus (16). Executing a predefined action if the evaluation of the signal which changes over time reveals that the monitoring readiness of the monitoring person (14) is not available and/or the communication connection (20) between the vehicle (11) and the remote control apparatus (16) is disrupted.
