[origin: CA3030664A1] The invention relates to a device (14) for fastening a panel-shaped component (12) in a receiving groove (16) of a carrying rail (10), comprising - a holding element (26) for holding the panel-shaped component (12) in the receiving groove (16) such that an end face (28) of the panel-shaped component (12) introduced into the receiving groove (16) is supported on the bottom (18) of the receiving groove (16) via the holding element (26), - two clamping elements (30, 32) for clamping the panel-shaped component (12) between the flanks (20, 22) of the receiving groove (16), and - at least one tension anchor (34) for positioning the clamping elements (30, 32). There is provision that the tension anchor (34) or at least one of the tension anchors (34) is designed to be flexible and reaches over from the one side of the panel-shaped component (12) around the end face (28) of the panel-shaped component (12) to the clamping element (32), which is to be positioned by said flexible tension anchor (34), on the other side of the panel-shaped component (12) that is opposite to the one side. The invention further relates to the use of such a device (14) and to a fastening system having such a device (14).
