Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018054646A1] The invention relates to a method for continuous operation of an electrolysis cell having a gaseous substrate, wherein an electrolyte is supplied to the electrolysis cell by an electrolyte inflow, and an electrolyte flow out of the electrolysis cell into the gas chamber occurs via a gas diffusion electrode, wherein electrolyte is suctioned out of the gas chamber through a connection between the gas chamber and the electrolyte inflow. The invention further relates to a device for carrying out the method.
